Is Fucoidan Safe to Use?

Fucoidan is the safest brown seaweed polysaccharide. Beneath the walls of carefully selected seaweed, it is found. However, it should be kept in mind that if you take in fucoidan more than needed, then it can increase the risk of disorders of the thyroid. Because it is high in iodine it can cause thyroid disorders. People who take blood thinners should keep caution as bleeding risks can be caused due to intake of fucoidan.
